which camera im going to buy my camera soon and I was just wondering if a nikon f75 (kit) would be a good choise as I dont have that much money any thaughts guys cheers p.s what other lenses would be better than the AF Zoom Nikkor 28-100mm f/3.3-5.6G or would this do to start with

A TAMRON 28-300mm F/3.5-6.3 LD Aspherical ( IF) with macro with a Nikon AF mount would be an excellent zoom lens for your camera. The Nikon N75 is a superb AF camera and you can also get a 28-200 f3.5-5.6 DL Hyperzoom with Macro from SIGMA if you find the TAMRON rather expensive.
