Blurry photos with AE-1 continued 2

Blur problem
Canon AE-1, osawa 300mm lens, kalimar 28mm lens, 400 speed B/W film, 500 shutter speed, A aperture setting, 12:00pm, sunny

Here is an example of my problem with the blurriness. I used the "A" aperture setting, 400 speed, and 500 shutter speed due to sunny day, on all of the pictures I took, and they all turned out the same. 300mm osawa lens, 28mm kalimar lens, and a 2X teleconverter (that I only used on a couple of shots).

You saying that you used the 300 connected to the 28, and connected to the converter for that picture? The picture just has distortion from bad optics. So what lens or lenses was connected to your camera for that specific shot?
I used to have an osawa 135mm that worked fine. I'm thinking your 28 or your converter just isn't clear, but you got me unclear with your description of listing all three lenses, like you used them together.

Second thought, who's doing the printing? You have a bad enlarger lens, or an enlarger that dosen't keep the negative flat in the carrier? Or a person that dosen't put the negative in the carrier properly?

I am using these lenses at different times on the roll of film that this picture came from. I only used the teleconverter in 2 pictures. In this picture, I used the 28mm lens by itself. I use Wal-Mart for developing.
