use the polygon outline tool with about 4-6 pixels of feathering. and draw a narrow angled polygon along side a wire, copy and paste a section of the sky, and move it over to cover up a big section of the wire. Any small sections left can be taken care of with the rubber stamp(clone) tool. Pick a source point right next to the wire by holding down alt key and left click the mouse. Use small brush with feathering. Then clone over the small spots.

(No, Jack, not like that. She wants to do it better.) Anyhow, I just zoomed in as tight as I could get. Then I selected a soft-edged tool for the clone stamp. I selected sizes ranging from 6 and 10 pixels, depending on how close other elements of the photo were to the wires and ALT-clicked on the sky directly to the right of the wire to make my selection. Then it was just, "click, click, click, click, click" right on down the wires. I hope this makes sense. I'm sure you'll get the hang of it and do your picture justice. Good luck.
