Darkroom - contrast filters Tell me about contrast filters. What colors make more contrast? What colors make less?

It first depends if you are talking about lens filters or contrast filers for developing. Lens filters usually come in a set of three that have varying contrasts and they should be labeled or be in the directions. If you are talking about contrast filters, the best thing to do is to buy a set. Ilford makes a good one. These sets have different filters ranging from 0-5 in .5 intervals. 0 having the least amount of contrast and 5 having the most. Remember if you use contrast filters to change your exposure times.
