Pushing a film thru Development

My Grandchilren (from Georgia) visited me in the UK last week. I took them to my front lawn and with some nice sun, a makeshift reflector amd my 645 Mamiya on a tripod I think I got some good shots.

Trouble is I'd loaded the camera with Ilford Delta 100 and the AE was set to 400.

I hope I can push the film thru development to account for two stops, but since I've mostly, in the past, obeyed rules I'm not confident on pushing these films since they hold some important shots for me.

Anyone care to give advice as to the increase in Development time (using Ilford ID11) to account for the mistaken exposure of 400ASA onto a 100 ASA film.

Bitter experience has told me that I can fool around with printing, but development is a bit important.

Thanks
