Legally Starting a Photography Business I am wanting to start a home based hobby that I can charge money for. I'm not expecting any huge profits, but I do want to get paid. Are there any regulations on who can legally charge for photography services? Do I need a business license or any certification? I would be taking glamour shots of pregnant women and new daddies, babies, ect.... Can anyone help me out?
