What film speed to use? I use Nikon F65, with 70-300 lens and a SB22 flash, in a low light condition, wat film speed should I use for moving human(more of potriats pictures)?

Try 400. It'll give you a decent recycle time, some range, and may not be so high that you get a ghost image.
