Shooting good slides of artwork myself
I currently teach photography at a high school but am almost self-taught... my photos are ok but I can always use suggestions, especially for things I haven't done much of. I am right now working on shooting slides of my artwork for a portfolio to get into graduate school for ceramics, so my slides need to be really good. I have a Pentax K100 and a tripod... my ceramic work ranges from large (5' x 7') and matte to small and glossy-glazed (mixing bowl sized). Do you have any suggestions/guidelines/web links? Also, how do I go about getting slides made from print photo negatives I already have?
