Why is BP so painfully slow? I have been absent for a little while and have started to post again. Trying to comment on photos is sooooooo slow. Is this the norm now? Thanks.

Every once in awhile it goes fine, mostly takes a long time, which is why I hardly comment anymore...It is very frustrating when I see so many great images I want to comment on and can't. I just sit there and watch that thing twirling around, then go do something else and come back a few minutes later...:-)

Jim attributed the slowness to Bots attacking the site, on a previous thread on this topic. Based on the frequency of the slowness, lack of responses to direct help requests, and the lack of a posted theme for September, I get the impression that no one is currently supporting the BP site. Maybe he has been on an extended vacation.
