Cannon camers features Is there an (don't know how to explain) external hotshoe to plug in a larger flash on the Cannon Reebel EOS ?

I am assuming the 'larger flash' is a Canon EX series speedlite or a third party flash that made for Canon's EOS system. I think this is what you are looking for, a Canon Off-camera shoe cord 2. One end you connect to your camera's hot shoe and the other end you can put on a EX series speedlite or third party flash that is made for Canon's EOS system (e.g. Metz).
