Lines on negatives/positives

I just took 10 rolls of film in Switzerland and after getting one developed I noticed a very thin line going through the middle of most of the frames of a 36-frame set of transparencies (Sensia 100). Anyone have any ideas what causes this? The developer machine (I'm using the best lab in the city I live in)? The camera? The film canister? I had seen something similar on a roll of negatives before also. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Is it a scratch? Get a loupe or magnifing glass and check. If it's happening on just some rolls sounds like the lab screwed up (scratched your negs). If it happens all the time it could be a problem with your camera.
