$ of my photos for someone's website Someone is creating a new website on "Meditation" and she wants to use some of my nature photos on the website. She asked what I charge,(per photo) for this. I have NO idea what to tell her. Can someone please help me, she is waiting for my answer. Thank you, Michèle

Some people just donate the photos in exchange for her giving you photo credit. I don't know what you would charge her if you want to charge at all.

She's looking for photos on the cheap. I can understand the desire to get some kind of return for your work, however it would be much better for you to find out the details of where the photos will be on the web site, how long she intends to use them, is this a business she's running(yoga classes,etc...) and whether she plans to use them in any other capacity. You can check stock photo sites and see what royalty free image files can be priced as. You can use that as a starting point. However, if you do start to ask about terms of usage, don't be surprised if you don't hear back from her. Sometimes this can turn out to be someone who's willing to use something off of google. She's not paying for a file, she's paying to use your image.
