Property Release

If I take a photo for possible sale, what are the release laws regarding the personal property in the photo? From what I have researched and read, I would need a signed release from each property owner.

Hello - Presuming your have located the state/local laws and/or regulations for your jurisdiction your research leads you to the correct conclusion. Since you are doing it for commercial purposes be sure you have a well-worded release form that covers the varient ways you may use the image and releases you from claims such as libel, trademark violations, invasion of privacy, etc.
(Note: Because of my circumstances I need to state that I am not providing legal advice.)

Thanks for the feedback. Appears photography would be less work to shoot just public locations and landscapes.
