EOS Kiss III L

I'm new to this forum and I'm planning to buy my first SLR gear a
couple of weeks from now. I would be very glad of any help.

Recently, I just noticed an upgraded version of Rebel 2000 at Canon's homesite:

1. Does anybody know any good and reliable online retailer that sells
imported SLR cameras like the Canon EOS Kiss III and EOS Kiss IIIL?
(Japanese version of Rebel 2000)

2. Anybody know when it will officially released in the US?
