Micro Lenses I am looking to purchasing a lens for macro photography. I have the opportunity of getting a used Nikon 105MM F4 Micro Lens. Will this be better than a macro lens?

Nikon calls its Macro lenses "Micro"; from that, it seems that your lens is an older Nikon MF Macro lens. You can see it also by the extension of the lens barrel when going to shorter distances (longer than usual) and the marks on the distance scale. Probably, there is also the magnification ratio indicated (will go to 1:2).
