Digital Camera Lens Adapters

I bought an HP Photosmart 315 Digital camera about a month ago and I've been having a blast learning about photography. Now hindsight is always 20/20 so I realized that it really would have been nice to get an SLR style with removable lenses, etc. Luckily there is a company that makes a lens adapter for fixed lens digital cameras. My question is whether or not anyone here has purchased them and how are they. There is a link here to one if you don't know what I'm talking about.

Also, can I use other standard lenses or am I limited to the ones this company sells?

You can probably use any maker's 30mm filters with this mount, but I think you're restricted to Tiffen's accessory lenses. See

http://www.tiffen.com/digital.htm

and specifically

Be careful that the lens you buy does not extend out and cover up part of the flash projection. My boyfriend has a Olympus 2020 and bought the wide angle lens but is unable to use it when flash is required.
