Hi Myke, I'm not sure anyone is going to be able to help, because we can barely see you pictures. Many of us are used to looking at _film_ larger than the images you uploaded :). You might try uploading a slightly larger version of these photos.

Well Myke, as Kris said the images are pretty small to give specific advice about but I can give you some general direction that might help. For starters you need to learn how to expose properly so you can take you camera off of Program mode. You will never lean how to make better pictures as long as you let the camera make all the decisions for you. Next, try slower film. A slower film will give you sharper shots and allow you to do more creative things with water. For example ISO 100 should be fast enough to freeze the motion of the water while at the same time allowing you to get that silky water look if you so desire. Don't worry too much about filters at this point. Compositionally, these shots look very nice. Experiment with lower and higher angles. The best shots are the ones that show something in a way we wouldn't normally look at it.
