Hi Nusen, Your desire is to interconnect phone to computer and transfer pictures. To get help you will need to disclose more about how you link phone with computer? Do you have specific software that performs this task? I currently have a Motorola V3 and prior a Motorola V551. Both have built-in cameras. I usually carry a compact digital for that great picture opportunity however I always carry a cell phone also. I tried downloading from the web, software to transfer pictures from the V551 and had no luck. I shelled out maybe $40 for Future Dial Snap Media Software purchased at a Singular Store and then an additional $20 for a special interconnecting USB cable. That all failed. Snap Media sold a different cable and upgraded the software. It all worked this time. The V551 broke and I replaced with V3. Poor me, nothing worked, wrong cable, wrong software. The V3 needs a mini USB,happily I had one. I could interconnect via USB but no joy. SnapMeida Future Dial upgraded my software which included a driver for the V3. Now I can happily transfer files both to and from. I could do this all along via email but I make it hard for myself with a desire to interconnect. As to the file with a CTG extension, it is used by your phone’s logic to manage image storage. You will not be able to read this file; additionally it contains no images, just ignore it. Hope this helps, nobody said its easy. Alan Marcus
