BetterPhoto Member		Nikon D80 r09 coming up Hi I was wondering if anyone can help regarding a r09 error coming up everytime I use my D80 on auto focus. The lens has difficulty in focusing, even in good lighting conditions, and the error r09 always comes up. Is the difficulty in focusing and the r09 error connected? Pete H		Gus, r09 is not an error. This is the buffer size, or how many shots you can take before the camera needs to clear the images from it's memory and continue on. In other words, you can crank off 9 shots, then the camera will stop until the buffer clears. A good quality hi speed memory card will help the time to clear. On the D-80, it is quite variable depending on the scene you are shooting and the mode you are shooting in.
