Choosing the right digital camera for action shots
Hi! Can you recommend a digital camera that would allow me to take an immediate action photo? My son is a hockey goalie and I would like to be able to take photos of my son while playing. What do I need to look for in a camera? I'm looking to spend around $500 or so. Is there something out there for me? Thanks!!

Since you intend to take SPORTS action in digital format and at $500+ ---Here's some right budget cams...Sony Mavica CD-400, Nikon Coolpix 4300, Fuji F602, Canon Powershot G3, Olympus C-5050, and Minolta Dimage F300.

To follow up, what feature of taking action shots with a digital camera are we to look for? Is it Shutter Speed? Is it ISO? Thanks!
