printers Please recomend a printer that I can print long-lasting high quality pictures so I no longer need a third party.I also need to be able to make a proof copy of a book with words on the same page as a photo at least 8&1/2 by 11 inches. Willing to spend $ but would perfer not too.Also would like Mac and PC compatibility swithching over to apple soon.Now using hp950

That HP is far from an ecomony level printer. If HP's prints don't give you the longevity you want, try an Epson in the $100-150 range. Your print size is the max that printers in this price range can deliver.
