Lens

We are expecting twins at any moment and I am in the market for a new lens. What is the best lens to buy for small children?

I would wait till the kids are a little older, maybe 7 years old at least till you buy them lenses.lol

Cesar we need LOTS more info, budget, camera brand style of photography etc

Hi Cesar, for twins you will need 2 lenses. lol
I would use my 24-70mm lens most likely. That and my 70-200mm lens are what I have mounted on my camera most of the time.
If they are really small, you may need a macro lens :) OK, I will stop with the jokes....
Congratulations and my blessings to Mom & babies having an easy delivery and being healthy.

I was thinking along the lines of a twin lens reflex... :-)

Seriously, why would you need anything special to capture twins? Use a standard portrait lens and you will be very happy. If you have the standard kit lens for your camera, it will do fine.

Congratulations on your twins.
