SanDisk 4 GB Extreme III CF card on a Canon XTi??

Hi, I have a Canon XTI camera and currently have a 4Gb Extrem II CF card; however, I'm planning to buy another 4Gb CF card and my question is: will it work a CF Extreme III card on my XTI?
Reason I ask if because reading at the Canon XTi specs, it mentions the CF cards I and II but I'm wondering if the CF III got out to the market right after the camera. Bottom line, is someone with a XTI using a CF Extreme III card?
I'd really appreciate your response.
Regards from Costa Rica :-)

The camera specs refer to Type I and II CF cards. Type I and II are industry standards, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CompactFlash#Type_I_and_Type_II. The Sandisk names Ultra II, Extreme II, Extreme III, Extreme IV, etc. are simply product brand names. They are all Type II CF cards.
