Nikon D70 lenses I am about to purchase this camera and I noticed that it came in a couple kit options. The question here is about the lenses. Options one provides two Sigma lenses (see below) and Option two a nice Nikon lens. I believe the Sigma's to be a good buy and decent lenses depsite some shaky focus. The Nikon is a great lense, though. Both options are priced the same. Hi Scott... again... lol hummm... am I looking at ebay ads? well can be good deals there thats forsure... I think I would go with the second one with just the one lens... hummm... neiter are offering any cards??? D70 doensn't come with any so that you will need to add... my reason for the second one is I have owned Nikon and their lenes are tops... have never had any Sigma so guess I can only say I know Nikon... and Nikon has a 70mm-300mm for about 180.00 at a few online sites and at best buy... well hope this helps a bit... This is the Ritz Camera Add.. I have the sigma lenses, they are good lenses. My prefrence is as follows: Nikon/Nikor Tameron Sigma Anything else I wont use. The Sigma lenses that come with the D70 are good. I also have a Nikor lense for my D70 though as well. I just bought the seperate Compact Flash Card - 512MB seems to do ok for me.

Hi Scott I just purchased a similar kit from Cameta Camera. Nikon D70 the 18-70 & 70 300mm Nikon lense's- extra battery- 1gb card etc. Cameta Camera was a great Co. to buy from & I got a very good price. I had found them while shopping on e-bay. They have had over 60k sales on e-bay and have a 99.8% rating. Camera arrived in 3 days just as promised. Bill
