I can't say enough negative things about them. Find another solution. They are out there. Just to give you an example, if you read their contract, it says something in the fine print about giving you royalties from their sales. EXCUSE ME. These are my sales, and my profit, and I pay you a fee to help host and process that order. It's not YOUR sale, and I just get the scraps. Anyway, that's one example of hundreds I could bring up. Few like them. Most are frustrated. They catch new people, reel them in, then tie them down with contracts and things. Their accoutning system is a joke, and you will be miserable. Don't do it. I was with them for about a year, and hated every moment of it.

The experience just happened. They offer Direct Proof (as is) for 20 cents/print and Premium Proof (with color correction) for 40 cents/print. I submited 2 identical sets of prints for each product to see the differnce. Funny how, they look the same, so why I pay 20 cents more for nothing? Not to mention the Direct Proof prints are curved (or bow?). Maybe I should pay 20 cents more to have the prints flat and straight..hahaha...yeah right.

I have tried to stay away from the commission based or proofing online that's tied up to labs, because I heard so many stories about taking most of the sales proceeds with fees, etc. I signed up with MPOsystems (or MPO they are all over Google) about 3 months ago, and like the control I have by paying for my own disk space and having unlimited uploads, etc. other features are also included... check them out http://www.mposystems.com or I believe you can link from the album shop http://www.mpopro.net Christian Binot- West Photo studios
