STILL can't see my gallery! I'm very frustrated with the fact that on the 29th of May, I received an email from BetterPhoto regarding gallery changes....ok....I was fine with that. It's now the 8th of June and the only changes in my gallery that I have seen is that my gallery isn't being displayed, unless, of course I change the display to just ONE image appearing.....that isn't what I want! I've contacted BP several times through email, only to be ignored! What's up? I realize that changes take time, but c'mon! I paid my membership money just like all others, so I feel that by now I should be able to have my gallery back and make changes as I wish......Right? :\

Jeana I have seen you mention this several other times and I agree with you 100%. I certainly don't see why this can not be fixed immediately. I would also be feeling frustrated.

I feel for Jeana; it is completely understandable for you to be upset and annoyed about your situation. At the very least you should be getting a response affirming that techs are working on the problem.

Ok, not to be a problem, but I'm set at "Fanatic" level, which I'm wondering....in the settings under gallery preferences, it shows that my gallery should look like the new style home page, with grey background and images framed in black. Choosing whether I want 2, 3, or 4 images in a line.....it doesn't. Just wondering if I'm not doing the correct settings for this option to show? Perhaps BetterPhoto hasn't gotten to this point of the changes yet in the galleries..... is there any update to when the gallery will go back to being by catagory? I pay money to use these galleries, and refer people to there, and the way it is now is not very useful.

The galleries are not going back to the way they were. We have to move on to a new solution because the Internet audience is "going mobile". It may take some time but we will have the new mobile-friendly gallery in the future.

Happy to hear better photo is moving to the future and to mobile support, but how long away is the future? meantime I am still paying for this gallery, which is at the moment useless to me without its album ability.

I also need to see my albums- the gallery is useless to me as is. Reluctantly, I will not renew my subscription when it runs out unless this is changed.

Also, since change, my gallery is blah without the background color and arrangement I chose. "Gallery Settings" does not give me the options to "fix" it. No response from request for help. Disappointed.

sadly I see I am not alone. better photo - you will be losing a lot of our business due to this change. I work in software, and no way would we ever do such a thing to a client. I don't understand why work on a new site couldn't be done in parallel, while preserving the current status.

I was planning on bringing over my portrait website over the end of June, but when I can't access for edit my wildlife/landscape for over a month. I can't have customers waiting to see images, because I can't add their pictures. I paid for the Pro so I'd have on-site purchase ability, now I can't get the pictures of for possible purchase.
