Model release? Contemplating getting back into photography, as such am presently rebuilding a portfolio untouched (or dismantled) in two decades. Just recently discovered a slew of negative/proofs and slides. Amazingly, few (very few) actually didn't look dated and still looked good-good enough that I might want to add them to my port. However, some of the models either did not have a release or the release was lost /destroyed some time ago. If using the images for my portfolio only, would I need to reacquire releases or get releases from them?

As U.s. Supreme Court Justice Louis D. Brandeis once said: "Brevity takes longer." My pleasure Al. ;>) Good luck in your presentations.
