Photography Question

Contracts??

Hey I have recently started doing photography as a professional and I want to get some type of contract or form made up but have no idea where to start and what to all include in it.. I have searched the internet for help but haven't really found enough info.. if any has a sample contract or forms or any tips that would be great.. I am wondering for portraits and wedding as well...

  Rachelle,

Here's a book I bought.

http://www.amazon.com/Business-Legal-Forms-Photographers-CD-ROM/dp/158115206X/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1196107258&sr=8-1

As it says in the book, you'll need to take them to an attorney in your area to make sure they meet the legal guidelines for your area.

Yep Rachelle. Todd and I both know that this is a really really easy and cool way to earn a full-time living. Great book! And that's really all you need to be a professional photographer. A book, a digital camera, a pile of release forms and nothing more. You be one styling dudette. ;>)

Now where'd I put that loaf of bread and jug of wine? (It's around here somewhere).
Take it light
Mark
