Hand coloring black & white from Jim's book
Hi I bought Jim Miotke's book and I love it but I was reading in the paragraph about hand coloring black & whiteson page 177 and it said to go to the website handcolor.com Well I went there and it doesn't seem to be the website. There is a penquin on there and the title is Pirataria Legalizada. I'm assuming this is isn't the website I'm suppose to go to. Does anyone know the right address or any other website that has equipment for hand coloring black & whites? Thanks!
