metering subjects lit from below light table

How to take light meter readings from subjects illuminated from below on a light table.

Example: semi-transluscent materials (e.g. dried white flowers)

Lens Used: normal 80mm Hasselblad
Extension tubes 56mm, 21mm
or 50mm f4 distagon wide angle with ext. tubes
I know about fstop compensation for the tubes.

I need suggestion on how best to take critical light metering methods on the light tabe using Gossen Luna Pro with blue cell. I do have spot meter adaptor head for 7.5 and fifteen degree angles on Luna Pro.

Thanks alot, Susan
