An Old Light Meter,, Sekonic L-28

I pick this up at a sale and its works great ,,however ,, I don't have a lot of experience with light meters and I need ,,a manual or maybe some one who can tell me the ins and outs of this meter. Its in good shape ,still with leather case. I know it isn't like the new ones but I just thought for 1.00 it was worth it. Now ,,if I only knew how to use it ,,I have figured out some of the combinations but still need a lot of help.It also has a different cover for the dome and anothe dial with it which I don't know what it is for.
thanks for any help ,,
Paul

http://www.sekonic.com/ has manuals online. They don't list the older model L-28, but to my knowledge it is essentially the same as the L-398. Better yet, found this "How to Operate...Condensed Emergency Manual" with Google: http://www.johndesq.com/pinhole/mansekonic.htm.
