black and white paper

I am going to be selling my darkroom equipment and the paper thats in the safebox has been in there since 2002. It is all taped up, no light has leaked thru, just wandering if the paper would still be good or should I toss it!!! It has been stored in the basement and now in the garage.

Not sure of the shelf life of paper, I'm sure time will change the emulsion but I don't know how long it'll take. Might as well give it away with the darkroom stuff. You're not going to use it might as well say free paper if you buy it.
