There are probably not too many 645AFD's on the used market yet, as they are still relatively new. Try Ebay, KEH, and buy a Shutterbug magazine, and check out their classifieds.
Also, do a google search, as often you'll find individual listings for items such as the 645AFD for sale.
I'd also check out Yahoo groups, and see if there is a related group forum formed yet (for 645afd's, maybe just a medium format group, or anything related). If so, you could post a desire to purchase a used one, and see who responds.
