Lighting for Digital Potho

It has been my experience that Studio lighting and flashes, is no different for Digital cameras, then it is for film cameras.
As for what sort of set up you want - will depend upon what you want to shoot.
Don't forget to check the white balance settings though - to avoid colour casts.

for Digital studio setups etc - sure you will find something there that is similar to what you are looking for.
