Hi Tony, Check your trash can on your computer and see if the image is in there. Also, what size are you uploading ? We cant retrieve images as they are copy protected (right click - save wont work) and this is one of the reasons I like BP's sites. You can do a screen capture but the resolution will be terrible. Email Better Photo and ask if you cant find the lost image.
I shoot raw and these files stay in their respective folders and when I edit, I save a copy as a .tif or .jpg - When I upload images to my BP site, I change the size to 600 x 800 and save that as a jpeg in a different folder that I have designated for posting on the web or on my BP site. So now I have my raw file, an edited tif file and a small version jpeg.
my .02,
Carlton

You can from your deluxe or pro site, but only at the size BP saves them at. Go to your admin center for your deluxe site, go to select and categorize, find your photo, click on it and it will popup in a box. Right click and select save as. You will have to crop to get rid of the border, and it will be a small size, so the value of being able to do it is questionable. Many of us upload in a small size to start with, and by the time they downsize it more, it's not too much good for anything except your own viewing.

  Hi Tony,

If the file was deleted from your hard drive, you can probably still get it back. Try a free software called Recuva - it is quite simple to use and it works miracles.

Regards,

Bojan
