Photography Question

low light camera setting


 
 
I have a canon 60d and using a 24-70mm 2.8 lens for this picture. I cant seem to quite get the settings I want and the clarity/sharpness isnt there. It is a dark room with bright window lights (window) behind the subject. Any suggestions. Here are my settings:
Av Mode: f/4, iso 800, 1/160 sp, meter mode: partial and exposure time: 1/160
