Email marketing I am applying insights from the Creative Marketing course I took this fall. I am sending inspiriational messages with my photos to friends and prospective customers. I want to know if there is way to insert a person's name in the greeting when sending a group email. I receive emails from Better Photo with my first name in the greeting that must have been sent to a large number of people. There must be a way to do this.

My understanding is that you'd need a special email marketing software program (or hire a company to do the mailings for you).
