This website Is there an easy way to get around in this web site. I have to go to so many different pages to get anywhere. I have to go to a separate place for a club that I am in, a separate place to upload pictures. I don't get any kind of a notification if get an "Editor's pick" on a picture. I like this website but it is not user friendly.

I think you'll find in time you'll get the hang of the navigation easily enough, and probably find that you get down to just a few places you routinely visit, mostly driven from your Member Center page. As for Editor's Picks, there is no notice delivered to anyone for those---just the label that appears below your photo in your gallery. Only the Finalists-and-higher in the contest results generate an email from BP announcing the fact.

I find it easier to just save the pages I regularly go to, to my favorites. You can change the names to whatever you need to call them for quick reference. Then all you have to do is pull your favorites menu and there they all are!
