Lucie Awards Someone asked why IPA book was delayed. It takes a long time to edit and publish a book, usually 10-12 months after a contest is done. the Lucie awards is publishing a hard cover book designed by an award wining art director. This contest is one of the most legit photo contest in the world. just look at the advisory board and the judges. The award ceremony alone cost over $200k to put together, there were lots of Celebes and famous photographers. It is done first class. There is nothing anywhere in the world like it.
