Michelle Marsan		Winners of Contests I've noticed that most of your contest winners already have a website with you. Is that a requirement to win? Nancy Grace Chen		Hi Michelle-- it's not a requirement, as you can see that not all winners have a gallery. I don't think it could be called "proof" either, as many of the winners haven't taken at class here, either. Although I'm sure the classes are good. BetterPhoto Member		Hi Michelle, many of our contest winners end up having a member gallery or a Deluxe Site with Betterphoto.com because they are previous winners of the contest and those products are given as prizes. Although the Betterphoto courses will improve your photography skills, the judges do not see the names of the photographers or have any access to the products the photographers have purchased through the site. Diane Dupuis		Hi Michelle! Time for my $0.02! About a month after I discovered Better Photo, I paid for my my own member gallery (it is such an inexpensive way to show off my photos to friends and family around the world!). For $20 a year! you can have them see up to 100 photos without having to e-mail them and having them download them onto their computers! I cannot afford a course, and although I would love to take one, I'm sure I won't for a long while! That's not stopping me from being inspired by other people's work, and looking for new ways to improve my photography hobby. The only other thing I've paid for is Jim's book on Beginning Photography, which I thought was very well done and well worth the money. Good luck in future contests! D. Michelle Marsan		Thanks Diane. I too would love to take one of the classes... I'm hoping to save enough pennies for a July course. Betterphoto.com is one of my favorite photography websites and I tell all my friends (including the members of a new photo club I am organizing) about it.
