Using photos from previous years I was wondering what the rule is for using photos more than once. I noticed that some photos on the main page already have finalists on them for July. On closer inspection on one photo I noticed that the finalist was from 2016. Can we submit a photo that we have submitted at an earlier time as long as it was not a winner? Please explain clearly. Thanks in advance for your input.

Yes, you can resubmit existing photos. The general rule is that a single image can't be entered more than once into the same monthly contest, however. (ie, can't put 1 image into 3 different categories for the July contest, for example...)
