What's up with the monthly theme, Is the monthly theme no longer going to be a category???

If you're asking because you see no September Theme listed yet (in the "click for info about the Theme" page of the Contest area)---my hunch would be that it appears Jim is running behind this month -- we have only 6 hours remaining for Aug. 31 (Pacific time where Jim is located, I think) -- and the July contest results (technically due to publish by the last day of the month) haven't even started yet with Staff Favorites, etc... So if he's behind on that task he may also be behind on setting the Sept. Theme.

It has been updated. I assume he mean to say September...it would have been nice for the eclipse shooters to have known about this upcoming theme last month.

July was Joy and gratitude August was Heavenly Light September is Sun and Moon It appears BP has some issues that hopefully will be resolved soon. Can't wait to see all the Sun and Moon entries!!!!!!

Thank you all for responding I see now that they have updated it some ( still behind). When it was the last day of the month. And I saw nothing about the new theme for the next month I thought I may have missed a announcement about the category no longer being one. Thanks again!

But there's not much difference between Heavenly Light and Sun and Moon, is there? I guess it doesn't matter.

Nikki, I believe the current Month is Sun And Moon, and we still do not know what October is. A least that is what I think, they need to update it to read current theme Sun And Moon and October????.

If you look at the page, nothing is showing for August, which was supposed to be Heavenly Light...September should be Sun and Moon and October shouldn't even show up until the end of September.. I emailed Jim. We will see what he says.

Yep. Sorry about that. I fixed the page. Heavenly Light was August... Sun and Moon is September. Here's the corrected page. Thanks for bringing this to my attention! P.S. My family and I have moved across the country to St. Louis... it's been a busy summer. Hope your summer has been FUN too!
