For any of you out there who would like to take a look at a pair of albatross bringing up their chick, you can view it live any time of the day This is taking place at Tairoa Head in Dunedin, New Zealand and is being live streamed and I am hoping it is available to people outside of New Zealand. It is the most fascinating thing to watch. You can google Albatross chick Dunedin live stream and hopefully you can watch this amazing experience.

If Amazon had it's drone idea working, I'd order that albatross a windbreaker.

I know what you mean. That wind is wicked. So glad you popped in to have a look. I love watching the parents feeding the chick and the rangers weigh it a couple of times a day. It's such a fascinating insight into the lives of albatross.
