Rejected emails Is anyone else having problems receiving emails from their aliases set up through BetterPhoto? ALL of our email aliases are not working yet our "hotmail" address works just fine. This is the message that was returned to me with the bounced email: Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: robert@portcity-photography.com Technical details of permanent failure: The error that the other server returned was: Any advice? Thanks!!

I've had the same problem and surly more people must also be affected. For two weeks now I haven't been getting an email notice when someone comments on my pictures. As a test I tried to send a message (from my yahoo account to my gmail account) to myself from through the Better Photo contact form. I too got a failed delivery notice. I've tried using different computers and different browsers but I cannot receive email notification when I have comments. This is very frustrating because unless I open every picture of mine I have no way of knowing or acknowledging comments. I also get an error when I try to send Better Photo mail using the link in a persons gallery. I've had success only if I open a picture and click the link at the bottom of the picture.
