Upgrade So I just upgraded from a classic version to a deluxe gallery. How long before it takes affect?

It has been awhile since I did mine -- but I think it was only a day or two, tops, while they processed payment, etc. Then, under your control center -- the 3 horizontal bars button, or "3 pancakes" that appears at the top left when you log into BP -- you'll eventually see, under "My Betterpholio" a link for "Website Admin Center" -- where you will have many, many options for laying out the website look, albums, parent-child photo albums, etc.
