If you are using a PC (not a mac), ensure that the view you want to copy is visible and push the "PRNT SCRN" button at the top of your keyboard. After that, you can paste it into a powerpoint, word document or excel workbook and crop it if desired. Hope this helps!

depends on your computer. You may need to push ALT + Prnt Scrn, FN + Prnt Scrn, or just Prnt Scrn. I, myself, just push Prnt Scrn
