Looking to buy a vintage Polaroid Camera

I am looking to buy a vintage Polaroid Camera (circa 1980's) that I can still efficiently take pictures with. I am not sure where to purchase one and also where to purchase film for said camera? Gift for the Holidays so a speedy response would be awesome.

As you may already know, Daniel, Polaroid is in the process of getting out of, or has already bailed on, the instant film biz. Fuji has picked up some of the slack by offering pack film for some polaroid backs, but the oldere 600 Pack type film is going to be increasingly difficult to find unless some other manufacturer takes it over, which is possible, I suppose.

So, for cameras, check KEH.com, perhaps even in their vintage dept. And E-bay should be heavy with old Polaroids. Be careful though. You could get stuck with a real inoperative clunker and parts ain't all that easy to find. One alternative is to buy a classic 4x5 Speed or Crown Graphic press camera with a Graflok back. You can buy a Polaroid back that will accept either 4x5 sheet film or film packs and do some very nice work with that rig.
Ho ho ho. ;>)

Yeah, I've got a Polaroid 545 holder for my Polaroid P/N (that's positive/negative) type 55 4x5 sheet film. The film is scarce and expensive at this point and I am looking into other alternatives now. But bigger is cool.
