Can you erase your post Not sure where to post this, sorry I'm new, but is there any way to delete a post after you right something? Or is there anyway to protect your name and set it as private? thanks.

Hi Tracy, Welcome to BetterPhoto! Well, there's really not a way to delete a post, but feel free to email me directly if there's a problem (just click on my contact link). As far as privacy goes, when you upload photos, set up a gallery, or ask a question or respond to one, then your name will be automatically attached. Some people use a sign-on that just gives their first name and first initial of their last name. To change yours, sign in to your Member Center > Member Info > Contact Info. Hope this helps, Tracy!

Tracy, are talking about erasing a posted comment or photo? If you want to get rid of a posted photo, simply go to your member center, then to "Edit Photos" and check the "delete" box then submit.

welcome tracy, why oh why would you not want to have people know who you are and what you think? now i'm thinking that's write,not right,which to me means the same thing? to protect your name,can't you just be you,someone with an opinion or an answer?yours? it's also possible that maybe a confidence issue is something that worries you. you will never learn if you can't assert yourself and possibly what you term a stupid question.stupid questions don't exist. if,as I have,you made a comment you want to take back,well no. we come here as individuals tracy,maybe at first to just learn and listen,with aninimity(sp).but as in any situation all,all,have rights. to regret,and as we regret,we learn. please don't think that this site is the all knowing,all whatever. some say if the foo shi..,no,shoe fits,wear it. mistakes and contributions can travel the sane,or maybe the same road. then possibly tracy,you sell some short. a little more info....
