Apertures
I run a website selling military models and have had my photos taken by a friend.I would like to purchase my own camera but thought you may be able to help me with some of the very special requirements I will need in respect to shooting macro, aperture settings etc for the very small products I am trying too shoot. If you have a quick look at my website you will understand the photos I wish to take. http://members.ozemail.com.au/~firestorm1 My main concern is getting a camera that can take close ups from about 1cm that will still have good depth of feild. I undersatnd that Depth of feild is controlled by the aperture settings but I am unclear on the terminology. A friend has a Sony DSC 505V Camera and tells me I need to get a camera that can have an aperture setting of f22. I was hoping you could clarify this and recommend some cameras that could take the photos I need.
