Sorting images, getting red x's
I am trying to sort and catagorize images on my website that I have already uploaded to Betterphoto, and are part of my gallery. I am getting many with red "x's". What is the problem?Thanks, Rob

Hi Rob, red x's usually mean "unsuccessful upload". Perhaps the file size was too big. You can delete those red x's through your Admin. center. If you have any questions about uploading, feel free to email me: heather at betterphoto.com.
